Well the end of the season is here. Gee, what to predict for tomorrow night. After Southlake hung 70 on Flower Mound last week, the nightmare beatdown of the TJT will reoccur Friday Night.

Even worse, the TJT was on the road so the home crowd didn't have to see the worst game in Farmer history. Now, this beatdow might be repeated, AT HOME and on SENIOR NIGHT and against a district opponent.

This WILL go down as the worst season in Farmer history. Too bad for the football players.

Prediction, 64-17.

Say what you want about Gaddis and Olin taking over. This is Olin's team. Olin needs to be held accountable and improvement must be seen next year or he will need to be let go prior to the end of his contract. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You can say what you want to about getting young players experience for next year and all the returning players hitting the weight room and training throughtout the year. If the existing offensive and defensive schemes return, then the beatdowns will continue.

Correction, 2005 we went 1-9. I do agree on the defensive scheme though but the offensive scheme seems decent. The players just need to adapt to it and learn it. That has to be given time for sure.

My prediction:

63-13 SLC

I sure hate seeing those predictions like that! smile.gif I hope since it is Senior night he lets all of the Seniors play even Grimes said it would be a good idea for him to do that tonight. I guess we will see what happens!

David;

Their record might be better than 2005 but you have to agree that the performance of this season's team is the worst in Farmer history. Thanks Olin! Way to make an impression.

Let's compare the point totals from the 2005 to this year and see where they rank.

Lets look at the losses for this season (PA): 27, 48, 51, 52, 55, 56 & 70. Season PA: 408 / PF: 174.

Here is the recap from 2005-'06 season.
9/02/05 TBA @ Creekview (Carrollton, TX) 6-33 (L)
9/09/05 TBA vs. Nimitz (Irving, TX) (TBA) 8-31 (L)
9/16/05 TBA vs. Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX) 10-27 (L)
9/23/05 TBA vs. Plano (Plano, TX) * (TBA) 0-27 (L)
9/30/05 TBA vs. Allen (Allen, TX) * (TBA) 21-40 (L)
10/07/05 TBA @ The Colony (The Colony, TX) * (TBA) 23-6 (W)
10/14/05 TBA vs. Marcus (Flower Mound, TX) * (TBA) 10-21 (L)
10/21/05 TBA vs. Plano East (Plano, TX) * (TBA) 15-44 (L)
10/28/05 TBA vs. Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX) * (TBA) 19-34 (L)
11/04/05 TBA vs. Plano West (Plano, TX) * (TBA) 7-38 (L)

Last year 2008-'09:
8/29/08 TBA @ Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) 20-18 (W)
9/05/08 TBA vs. Naaman Forest (Garland, TX) 7-35 (L)
9/12/08 7:30 AM @ Grapevine (Grapevine, TX) 36-10 (W)
9/26/08 TBA vs. Tyler (Tyler, TX) 20-27 (L)
10/02/08 TBA @ Horn (Mesquite, TX) 21-37 (L)
10/10/08 TBA vs. Marcus (Flower Mound, TX) * 14-28 (L)
10/17/08 7:30 AM @ Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX) * 7-39 (L)
10/24/08 7:30 PM vs. Hebron (Carrollton, TX) * 3-10 (L)
10/31/08 TBA vs. Coppell (Coppell, TX) * 19-24 (L)
11/07/08 TBA @ Carroll (Southlake, TX) * 10-45 (L)

Do you really think that 2005 was worse??? At least last year, LHS was in some games and they were close.

Come on David! Your predictions are more accurate, thank you, but you still need to get a grip on reality and see this team and coaching staff for what they are. You can't honestly think that the schemes just need time for the kids to adapt. The offense is just as horrible as the defense. I know..I know...their playing lots of underclassmen... weight training in the off season...but can only help the kids so much. What about the coaching staff???? This needs a major enema.

Maybe after another horrible season, they will realign LHS to 10-4A like they did Newman Smith and RL Turner so they might have a chance. Look at N.Smith...they are 7-2 this season and are competitive again.

At least we now get to beat up on a helpless bale of hay before the game starts. BTW...who thought up that? The fans don't know what to do, the other team and fans laugh. Can we make at least one improvement and stop the helpless slaughter of the hay bales? That is one of the most stupid things this season and we have had many.

Better pray for a miracle Farmer Fans. This needs a major overhall!!!

No scheme, no system, no organization, no coaching, no defense, and these coaches couldn't get grade school kids to play for them. Irregardless of the record, this is the worst Farmers team I have ever seen. We could have promoted some of the LFA coaches and had a better season. I can't remember any Farmer Team giving up 250 points in 5 weeks. It is clear that Olin is just here to improve his retirement and next year will be more of the same. The proud tradition of Lewisville Football will have to be carried on by other LISD schools because Olin wouldn't be a winner in 5th grade flag football.

David can suck up all he wants, but the truth remains, he is a second string basketball player who didn't have the courage to strap on a helmet and certainly doesn't know anything about football. it isn't too late to be a Marcus Fan.

Lewisville gave up 48 or more points 8 times. that means they got stomped 8 times. This has never happened. Way to go Olin. You had better Athletes than you were able to show. The secondary didn't cover anyone because you did not teach them to play zone. With a smallish defensive line you must play the gaps and stunt, try that next year, and blitz your linebackers and safeties. If you do not play aggressive defense next year you will get stomped all next year too.

On offense find a tight end because you aren't going to have a QB next year so the game down the field is out. With your smallish o line you are going to have to trap and run misdirection if you plan to gain any yards and if you find a tight end....use him....alot. Short passes between the line backers to your backs and tuight end may keep you from getting blanked 6 times.

Apply a few principles of coaching and you will be amazed as to your potential for success. All you showed this years was you had no interest in this team at all. You should be embarrassed to accept your check. try working a little next year.
